Job Description:
Our client is a leading provider of BPO and IT services and solutions for Global 1000 companies. They are currently searching for a HUD PREP Processor for their Mortgage Division.
Responsibilities and expectations include but are not limited to the following:
Preparation of a HUD-1 Settlement statement for multiple lenders and their requirements. Tools used include the lenders closing instructions, payoffs, tax certificates, GFE Comparisons, application and web based programs. Possible candidates should have good math skill, multitasking ability, and general computer knowledge.
Requirements: at least 1 year of title/closing experience, proficiency with Microsoft office is a plus but not required
