Senior Project Manager Job Description:
The Clinical Project Manager is responsible for independently managing day-to-day activities including trial start-up, conduct, and closeout activities on (multiple) clinical trials of moderate complexity, or managing a broader range of activities on large multi-center studies. The Clinical Project Manager is expected to address site, CRA and vendor related issues, with assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities are to manage all operational activities pertaining to the execution of one or more clinical trial(s), which includes;

- Managing the completion of routine and advanced trial start-up, conduct, and close-out activities to industry and corporate standards
- Managing the clinical research associates (CRAs) in the performance of their assigned project specific tasks.
- Managing most aspects of trial operations including vendor performance, internal metrics, and communication of trial status within and outside the trial team
- Ensuring the progress and completion of trial(s) in-line with trial goals
- Preparing and presenting trial specific updates to management.
- Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of trial budget
- Assisting with (or leading, when necessary) the writing of clinical documents such as protocols, informed consents, investigator brochures, monitoring plans, trial reports, and annual reports
- Managing project specific committees eg DSMB, CEC
- Planning and tracking of trial timelines and budgets
